Braga return to action in the Europa League when they welcome Genk to the Estadio Braga Municipal on Thursday. Carlos Vicens’ men are one of just three sides with a 100% record in the competition and will be looking to maintain that run.
Braga were made to rue their wasteful display in front of goal on Sunday when they fell to a 2-1 loss against Porto in their Portuguese Primeira Liga clash at the Estadio do Dragao.
Prior to that, Vicens’ side were on a four-game winning streak and unbeaten in six consecutive games (5W 1D) since their 1-0 defeat against Nacional on September 28.
Braga now turn their focus to the Europa League, where they have won each of their three games this term, seeing off Feyenoord, Celtic and Red Star Belgrade while scoring five goals and keeping three clean sheets.
Meanwhile, a first-half strike from South Korean international Hyeon-gyu Oh fired Genk to a 1-0 victory over Westerlo in the Belgian Jupiler League on Sunday.
Thorsten Fink’s side have now gone six consecutive matches without defeat across all competitions, claiming three wins and three draws since October 3.
Genk, who are currently seventh in the Jupiler League table, now return to action in the Europa League, where they picked up a 1-0 victory over Rangers in the opening game on September 25.
However, the Belgian outfit were sent crashing back down to earth in the second group game on October 2, when they fell to a 1-0 home loss against Ferencvaros, three weeks before playing out a goalless draw with Real Betis.

Braga vs Genk Prediction
Braga have flown out of the blocks in the Europa League and will be backing themselves against a Genk side who have struggled for consistency so far.
