Boy, 16, falls to death while taking social media photos from cell tower at Brooklyn park with skyline views

A 16-year-old boy fell to his death Friday as he snapped social media photos from a cell tower at a Brooklyn park with sweeping city skyline views, cops and sources said. 

The teen plummeted from the tower inside Bushwick Inlet Park at North 10th Street and Kent Avenue around 1:15 p.m., police said. 

Cops were dispatched to the scene by a 911 call, authorities said.

The boy – who has not been identified pending family notification – was rushed to Bellevue Hospital, where he was initially listed in critical condition and then succumbed to his injuries, cops said.

It was not immediately clear who was with the teen at the time, or who called 911.
