The Milwaukee Bucks have had a busy offseason, retooling their roster following three consecutive first-round playoff exits.
With the Eastern Conference wide open, the Bucks are aiming to remain competitive. They re-signed several key role players from last season, including Bobby Portis, Kevin Porter Jr., Gary Trent Jr. and Taurean Prince.
Milwaukee also brought in new talent. The team signed Myles Turner to a long-term deal after waiving and stretching the remaining $113 million on Damian Lillard’s contract. The Bucks also added Cole Anthony and Gary Harris to bolster their depth.
Still, the lack of star power alongside Giannis Antetokounmpo remains a concern.

SI.com recently compiled a mock trade that would send star point guard De’Aaron Fox to the Bucks, moving Kyle Kuzma after just half a season with the team.
Here’s their proposed trade:
Bucks receive: De’Aaron Fox, 2031 second-round pick (ATL)
Spurs receive: Kyle Kuzma, Gary Harris, Tyler Smith, 2031 first-round pick swap (MIL), 2032 first-round pick swap (MIL)
Hawks receive: Andre Jackson Jr.
This scenario would give the Bucks a primary facilitator and a second scoring option behind Antetokounmpo. However, San Antonio already has considerable frontcourt depth and may not have interest in taking on Kuzma.
Fox is on an expiring contract but is eligible for an extension this offseason. After trading for the 27-year-old last season, the Spurs are expected to try to keep him on a long-term deal.
This proposed trade would also thin Milwaukee’s depth on the wing. While the concept of adding Fox alongside Antetokounmpo and Turner is intriguing, the deal appears unlikely.
