The 5-1 Buffalo Bills just beat the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 6, and now head into their Week 7 bye sitting atop the AFC East, one game better than the 4-2 New England Patriots.

While the vibes are positive right now with this Bills team, there are some clear issues that need to be resolved. The biggest one is the team's cornerback depth chart and the room overall.

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Bills have found a solution, and it's quite the fun one. They're reportedly signing fan favorite All-Pro Tre'Davious White back, as the veteran CB is set to join the Bills and provide some much-needed CB depth.

Bills to sign Tre'Davious White as exciting CB depth

"CB Tre'Davious White is signing with the Bills' practice squad, where he will acclimate before joining their active roster," Schefter reports. "White turned down several opportunities to return to Buffalo."

While other teams around the NFL were making calls about bringing White in to join their respective NFL rosters, the longtime Bills corner decided to come home for another season.

White, the 31-year-old former two-time Pro Bowler and one-time first-team All-Pro, is back in Buffalo for what will be his 10th NFL season the moment he steps back onto the field.

Buffalo might not get White back onto the field until after Week 8, even though he's set to sign before Week 7 and the team's bye.

Since the Bills are set to sign White to the practice squad, they're able to call him up three times before they have to make him a full-time player on the 53-man roster.

But with this report that the Bills are going to acclimate White, it wouldn't be a surprise if it took a little bit of time for White to return to the 53-man roster for the Bills.

The veteran cornerback, who's spent eight seasons with the Bills, has 19 career interceptions and has been one of the better corners in recent Bills history.

He's back with the team, according to Schefter, and might be in line for a big role when active, with the struggles of the CB room led by Maxwell Hairston, Davison Igbinosun, and Christian Benford.
