The Buffalo Bills succumbed to the New England Patriots 23-20 at Highmark Stadium in what was the AFC East champs' first loss of the season...and Josh Allen isn't happy.
In a game that was riddled with turnovers and a whopping 11 penalties for the Bills, Sean McDermott's team just couldn't stop shooting themselves in the foot. Whether that be early penalties putting them behind the chains, or brutal turnovers in the redzone, Buffalo was consistently fighting against the tide.
In the grand scheme of things, it isn't the end of the world, but when listening to Allen speak about the loss, he's clearly not happy.
"We got to find a way to win that one," Allen said. "But again, we shouldn't have even been in it with three turnovers. That's just piss poor offense.”

Bills invite AFC East pressure with Patriots loss
With the loss to the Patriots, the Bills now drift towards the pack in the division, with New England sitting at 3-2 and Buffalo 4-1, meaning just one game separates the pair.
But had the Bills won and moved to 5-0 while the Patriots dropped to 2-3, a gap would open up, and Buffalo would own the tiebreaker over every team in the division.
Now that isn't the case, and the Bills still have to travel to Foxborough later in the season, which could be for the division in Week 15.
Granted, a loss isn't the end of the world in October, but this will feel like a chance wasted, with the Bills nearly able to put some serious daylight between themselves and the chasing pack in the division.
But now, Buffalo appears to be in a fight, which might not be a bad thing.
