With the Buffalo Bills reporting to training camp at St. John Fisher University, one big question hangs over the Super Bowl contenders.
Will James Cook be there?
Turns out, Cook does plan on being in Pittsford for camp, according to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero.
"It remains to be seen how involved he'll be on the field," Pelissero wrote on X.
Cook is coming off a career-best season that included 18 touchdowns in the regular season and three more in the playoffs.
Even last season, Cook didn't get a full workload. Both Ray Davis and Ty Johnson mixed in as part of Buffalo's backfield rotation.

This offseason, Cook made clear publicly and early that he was hoping for a $15 million per year contract. Seemingly, the Bills haven't come close to that.
And so Cook heads toward the last season of his contract without a certain future.
The Bills need Cook on the field to have their best chance of hoisting the Lombardi Trophy, so this is a situation worth monitoring.
