The Buffalo Bills are now looking for a new head coach after firing Sean McDermott after nine seasons and not making it to the Super Bowl.
Now, the search is on for Buffalo's next head coach.
The Bills are a huge draw for candidates, particularly because of Josh Allen, not to mention James Cook and others.
But the incoming head coach won't get a grace period. The franchise expects playoff success.
And for ESPN's Jeremy Fowler, the Bills head coaching job is an attractive one, but it comes with a huge price.
"This is a primo job that will attract several strong candidates," Fowler wrote. "It's not a perfect job -- the roster has a few holes, and the expectations will be immense -- but the chance to coach Allen and get the best out of him will be a serious draw."

Who will be Bills new HC?
I think that the big domino to fall will be current OC Joe Brady.
If he secures a head coaching job elsewhere, I think the Bills look to hire a head coach who can also serve as Allen's offensive coordinator. Say, Brian Daboll? The pair have history, and Allen played well under Daboll.
That is one avenue to go down.
But if Brady doesn't get a head coaching job, could the Bills look to promote him? That is certainly a question worth asking.
However, for any potential candidate, yes, Allen is a monster draw for the job, but it comes with a huge price.
You'd better win, and quickly.
