Bills fans unhappy offensive coordinator Joe Brady is taking head coach interviews days before playoff game vs. Ravens

The Buffalo Bills are set to face the Baltimore Ravens in the divisional round of the playoffs this Sunday with a trip to the AFC Championship Game on the line. And while the game is at the forefront of everyone's mind, fans are a little frustrated with the process by which head coach candidates are interviewed with games still to be played.

Offensive coordinator Joe Brady had several head coaching interviews this week, including the New Orleans Saints and Chicago Bears. And while fans understand that Brady is a sought after name, the fact that he has to take interviews at this time while the team is chasing a Super Bowl has left many frustrated.

"I'm not sure of the right answer or how to change it, but these interviews taking place while Joe Brady is preparing for such a big game is less than ideal," Jay Skurski said via X. "The Bills aren't the only team that has to deal with it, but it feels like the NFL should find a better way."

Ravens offensive coordinator Todd Monken also had head coaching interviews this week. While teams in need of a head coach have no time to waste, the coordinators and candidates they are interviewing also have playoff games to prepare for, so the frustration from the fans is somewhat reasonable.
