The best moves for Rayquaza are:

• Extreme Speed
• Dragon Ascent
• Outrage
• Iron Head

This is a physical moveset for Rayquaza. It learns Extreme Speed, Dragon Ascent, and Outrage on its own. The first one is a spammy Normal-type move that will help you position yourself against enemies while you charge up Dragon Ascent and Outrage for big damage.

Iron Head is Rayquaza's coverage attack of choice as it deals super-effective damage to Ice-, Rock-, and Fairy-type Pocket Monsters that theaten the green dragon.

Best nature for Rayquaza in Pokemon Legends Z-A

Rayquaza has the same base Attack and Special Attack of 150. However, since we are going for a physical spread here, the best nature for the creature is Adamant. This will further boost its Attack, while lowering its Special Attack. Add a Life Orb to this, and Rayquaza will be dishing out incredible amounts of damage to its foes.

If you don't get a Rayquaza that has the Adamant nature, you can find the Mint for it at flower stalls in Sushi High Roller, Wild Zone 3, and Jaune Plaza.
