The best moveset for Gholdengo includes the following attacks:

• Power Gem
• Make It Rain
• Shadow Ball
• Dazzling Gleam

Gholdengo learns Shadow Ball, Power Gem, and Make It Rain via leveling up starting level 33, 49, and 56, respectively. Shadow Ball and Make It Rain are its best STAB attacks. Power Gem gives it important coverage into Fire-types.

Dazzling Gleam is Gholdengo's TM move of choice. It covers for Dark-types that threaten Gholdengo. You can also run Nasty Plot in this spot, if you want to run a hyper-offensive set.

Best nature for Gholdengo in Pokemon Legends Z-A

The best nature for Gholdengo is Modest, where its Special Attack is improved at the cost of its Physical Attack.
