Best characters for Tengoku@Livestream in Honkai Star Rail

Honkai Star Rail version 3.7 introduced the Tengoku@Livestream Planar set. Similar to every Ornament, you can farm it from the “Ornament Extraction” feature from Divergent Universe. Although the set effect grants damage buffs, the requirement is quite tricky. Hence, the set can be used by a few characters.

Before we discuss the best characters for Tengoku@Livestream in Honkai Star Rail, let’s take a look at its set effect:

• 2-piece set effect: Increases the wearer's CRIT DMG by 16%. If 3 or more Skill Points are consumed in the same turn, additionally increases CRIT DMG by 32% for 3 turns.

The units that can utilize Tengoku@Livestream’s full potential are as follows:

Dan Heng Imbibitor Lunae

Dan Heng Imbibitor Lunae is the best character for Tengoku@Livestream. It can grant him a passive CRIT DMG buff, and he will receive more if he consumes three Skill Points in a single turn. Since Imbibitor Lunae can easily meet that requirement whenever he acts, he can deal absurd damage to the targets.

As the extra 32% CRIT DMG remains active for three turns, you can easily manage this buff while fighting.

Archer

Another character that can consume at least three Skill Points in a single turn is Archer. You can farm this Planar Ornament set to enhance his outgoing damage. Since he is a free character, every Trailblazer owns him.

Archer scales with crit stats, which makes the CRIT DMG buff of Tengoku@Livestream quite appealing. As he can easily consume a hefty sum of Skill Points, you won’t face any issues while meeting the set effect requirement. Additionally, you can focus more on CRIT Rate while building him.

Lastly, Qingque can also utilize Tengoku@Livestream’s full potential in Honkai Star Rail. Since this Erudition unit consumes a significant number of Skill Points to enhance her Basic ATK, you can easily activate the set effect.

Tengoku@Livestream allows Qingque to deal absurd AoE damage with her abilities, i.e, her Ultimate and Basic ATK. Although she is not one of the top DPS units in the title, the extra damage from this set allows her to perform well in most activities.
