Wing Attack and Rock Blast are part of Aerodactyl's natural moveset, which means the creature learns them by default. To teach it Earthquake (provides coverage against Electric- and Steel-types) and Thunder Fang (coverage against Water-types) you must use TMs in Legends Z-A.

Adamant (+Atk., -Sp. Atk.) is the best nature for Aerodactyl to employ in Legends Z-A. The creature is already speedy, which means being able to hit as hard as possible will yield the best results for it. In a game where speed determined the moving order, the Jolly nature might have been a good fit as well.
