Joe Burrow didn't have his best ever afternoon in Los Angeles.
The Cincinnati Bengals QB was suiting up in a flag football showcase game against the Team USA national team. With flag football in the 2028 Olympics, NFL players and their already-playing flag counterparts took the field to see how the game works.
Burrow was one of the quarterbacks in action, but he didn't look entirely comfortable.
The first score of the game was a pick-six thrown by Burrow.

And then later on, Burrow managed to take a pretty firm hit, which isn't something that happens all that often in flag but can when players get to the same spot at the same time.

This certainly does seem like an offseason activity that shouldn't put Burrow in too much harm's way -- well, unless he's out there running pass patterns. Then all bets are off.
It's also proving that the NFL players won't just walk in and take all the jobs of the Team USA stars. Those dudes can play.
Burrow might want to reconsider his flag goals, or at least find a way to get more comfortable out there.
