“Below Deck Mediterranean” star Nathan Gallagher is reportedly facing an arrest warrant in Australia.

Police have been ordered to arrest Gallagher and bring him to court for allegedly assaulting his ex-girlfriend and co-star, Gael Cameron, last year, according to the Daily Telegraph.

Gallagher, 27, was convicted of assault causing actual bodily harm, choking and common assault at a hearing at Burwood Local Court on Tuesday, according to documents obtained by Page Six.

Gallagher did not attend the hearing, the Daily Mail reported.

The Irish reality star allegedly “suffocated and choked” Cameron, 30, at their Australian family home in December 2025.

“Gallagher used one hand to cover the mouth and nose of Ms Cameron,” a document submitted to police at the hearing stated, according to the Daily Telegraph.

The document added that Cameron “tried to pull away” but Gallagher “persisted and continued to cover her mouth, causing the victim to be unable to breathe at certain times.”

After Cameron allegedly elbowed Gallagher in the mouth, the latter Bravo star “placed both of his hands around Ms Cameron’s neck, applying enough pressure which made her unable to breathe.”

Gallagher then “used an open palm and struck Ms Cameron on the left side of her jaw, [which] caused pain and swelling,” according to the document.

During the alleged assault, Gallagher “used both hands to grip” Cameron’s neck and “lifted her up” after she broke free from his grip, which caused her to be “unable to breathe.”

Gallagher reportedly “categorically” denied choking Cameron or covering her mouth.

However, Judge Janine Lacy said she found the offenses “proven” and issued the arrest warrant, according to the Daily Telegraph.

Lacy, per the Daily Mail, said immigration records showed Gallagher was “currently overseas,” while prosecutor Sergeant Aruzza reportedly told the court they believe Gallagher “is offshore at this time.”

Cameron attended the hearing but declined to speak about the case when approached by reporters outside the courthouse, according to the Daily Mail.

Page Six has reached out to Bravo for comment.

Gallagher broke his silence on his domestic violence arrest last week, saying he wasn’t “perfect” while confirming his breakup with Cameron.

“I made mistakes and I will take responsibility for my own actions,” he said in a statement to Rolling Stone. “But I will not accept being portrayed solely through one person’s account of a relationship when there is another side and evidence relating to it.”

Gallagher claimed he has “evidence,” including “contemporaneous video footage from the night in question, as well as messages and other records, which I believe provide important context.”

“There are also other matters surrounding the relationship that I have never discussed publicly, including circumstances surrounding the breakdown of our relationship, previous allegations she made about a former partner and financial matters relating to the purchase of an apartment in Sydney,” Gallagher also said.

Gallagher and Cameron met in 2024 while filming Season 9 of “Below Deck Mediterranean.” They share a 1-year-old son named Kayden.

The US Sun reported that Gallagher will not appear on the next season of “Below Deck Mediterranean,” though his scenes won’t be cut from Season 11, which is currently airing on Bravo.
