It also came as a relief for Bella that the character she played didn’t involve her having to sell a certain image in order to nail the role.

"Being beautiful or perfect was the lowest thing on this list at the end of a day on set, and that was a really big learning lesson for me,” she shared. “I will have that for the rest of my life.”

And the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum has certainly been putting that lesson to work in her day-to-day life ever since relocating to Texas to be with her now ex-boyfriend, horse trainer Adan Banuelos, over a year ago. 

As Bella explained, her new lifestyle has encouraged her to embrace a more straightforward beauty routine.

“I just put my hair into two little braids, no makeup on, and went about my day,” she said. “Spending time in Texas has shown me so many different kinds of cowgirls. It’s so fun. Some of them have their hair blown out under their cowboy hat with a full face of makeup on and diamonds, others like to have their hair in a messy ponytail and just spend all their time with their horses.” 

Bella added, “I’m right in the middle of both of those.”
