Brooks Nader is ready to make waves in her “Baywatch” bathing suit.
The model-turned-actress told The Post that once she puts on the reboot’s iconic red one-piece, she’s fully prepared to make a splash.
“That’s my power suit,” she told The Post.
However, the brunette beauty — who was raised by strict Christian parents in Baton Rouge, Louisiana — once got a thrill wearing two-pieces, since they were banned in her household growing up.
“I do have early memories of sneaking into Victoria’s Secret and buying bikinis and going skinny dipping and stuff. That was when I was like, ‘OK, I think I can do both, bikini and one-piece,'” said Nader, 29.
“And now I’m in a one-piece every day for ‘Baywatch,’ so it’s ironic.”
This is Nader’s first acting gig, which she called a “pinch-me moment,” since she’s always admired the stars of the original “Baywatch,” which debuted in 1989.
“I’ve always looked up to all those icons of the ’90s like Pamela Anderson and Carmen Electra … They’re always on my mood boards,” she said.
She also feels she manifested a role in the highly anticipated Fox reboot — which is premiering in January — after sporting a red one-piece bathing suit when she landed the cover of Sports Illustrated in 2023.
“That was when I got the idea of like, ‘I really want to be in ‘Baywatch,’ and I didn’t even know they were doing a reboot, but I love how the universe works,” said Nader, who spoke to The Post from a boat in France during a break from shooting the series in Los Angeles.
In the reboot, she plays Selene Archer, who the network described as a “sharp-tongued” lifeguard captain.
“It’s been so much fun getting to play a different version of myself, my character … there are similarities between her and me,” Nader said.
During filming, which began in March, she is usually sporting the same suit.
“I mean, they have some on backup in case we get a little body makeup on there, but just really, it’s the one red suit,” she explained.
Nader is also in the midst of filming Season 2 of “Love Thy Nader,” the reality show she stars in with her three younger sisters, who all share a penthouse apartment in the West Village.
In Season 1 of the Hulu series, she was open about her GLP-1 addiction, and the fact that she upped the dosage for her Maxim cover shoot.
Nader’s sisters staged an intervention about her use of the weight loss drug after witnessing her not eating, dealing with nausea, and nearly passing out.
The reality star explained why she decided to reveal that part of her life on screen.
“I feel like I’m sick of watching so many curated moments on social media and on TV where everyone’s so protected and they’re not truly being themselves,” she said.
“And so that was just what I was going through at the moment. And, you know, the cameras are rolling, and so, that just is what it is. And I think I’m still on the journey of, you know, what is healthy and what is too much and what’s too far, but yeah, I mean, every day is different.”
Nader, who is partnering with the wine brand Josh Cellars and its newest white, Seaswept Sparkling, also dished on one of the Nader sisters’ favorite Manhattan pastimes.
“This might be illegal, but I love to make a roadie and walk around the West Village, because I make amazing cocktails at home,” she said.
“So me and my sisters will all take plastic cups and walk around like a block party. That’s the Louisiana in us.”
So far, no one has stopped the foursome during their spirited jaunts.
“Well, ugh, they might now, geez, but whatever, it’s worth it,” she said, laughing.
