Barbara Corcoran Shares the Cosmetic Procedures She’s Gotten Done
Barbara Corcoran is investing in herself.
And for that reason, the Shark Tank investor is in on plastic surgery.
"Heard the cool kids were sharing their plastic surgery secrets," the 76-year-old wrote on Instagram June 4, alongside a photo of herself before noting her cosmetic enhancements, which include three face lifts, an eye lift, a neck lift, a brow lift, a lower eyelid skin pinch plus face and ear filler four times a year.
On top of that, Barbara revealed she gets a fractional CO2 laser on her face annually as well as a monthly brow wax and her teeth professionally whitened.
So yes, it was only fitting for her to joke, "I woke up like this."
And Barbara is feeling that fresh confidence. Alongside a video modeling a leopard-print and strutting to Nelly Furtado's "Maneater," she wrote, "Did somebody say swimsuit season?"
Barbara has long been candid about her relationship with plastic surgery, joking back in 2024 that her facelift was the most expensive part of her look.
But jokes aside, she credits her decision to undergo a cosmetic procedure with saving her life after basal cell carcinoma was discovered during a consultation.
“I had built my business, sold it, and I worked so hard building that business that my face looked it, so I decided to have a face lift," Barbara said on a 2023 episode of Doctor Mike’s Podcast. "I was 46. I went to the best surgeon in New York, checked everybody out, showed up at his office, ready to make my appointment for the facelift and he sent me to a cancer doctor."
The malignant spot, which she recalled previously being told was a clogged pore, was removed, and Barbara underwent an eye lift during the treatment. "I got [it] for free,” she said. "I was so happy."

As much as she’s been open about her past cosmetic procedures, Barbara has also detailed her future plastic surgery plans—which includes another face lift.
"I’m hoping to have a fourth one on my 85th birthday," she told Page Six in May 2024, adding, "I would like to have a bigger chest, bigger hips, bigger butt.”

And she's not done with plastic surgery. Last year, she detailed plans to go under the knife again for another face lift, and possibly more procedures. "I’m hoping to have a fourth one on my 85th birthday," she told Page Six in May 2024, adding, "I would like to have a bigger chest, bigger hips, bigger butt.”
“I want to be not the kind of woman [who makes] people say, ‘Wow, she’s great at business,’ or ‘Wow, she’s rich,’" she continued. "I want to be the kind of woman that walks by and a guy whistles and says, ‘Wow, she’s hot.'"

And I say that with the most respect to anyone going through it."

As for why the Bravo star was so open about her face lift journey? As she noted, "Being on a reality TV show, obviously it's going to look weird if I come back next season looking 10 years younger, which I do, obviously."

"I was going to this strip mall in Chicago in the back…Everybody was like, 'You are a nut job.'...I'm telling you, I wasn't exactly in the best frame of mind, and I would smoke a bunch of joints and have some drinks and I would be like, 'Oh, let's go see my girl' and we would drive to this strip mall and I would get shot up with a bunch of whatever, Juvéderm, and then leave."
She continued, "Now all the stuff is gone. Before I shot the 'Applause' video, [a photographer friend] was like, 'Gaga, I love you but if you don't stop injecting s--t in your face I'm going to just kill you.'"
