Why Olivia Culpo's Sisters Weren't Told About ENGAGEMENT Plans
There’s a major fumble in the Culpo sisters’ communication.
Aurora Culpo revealed that she and sister Olivia Culpo, 32—who’s expecting her first child with husband Christian McCaffrey—briefly bumped heads after she didn’t attend one of her latest baby showers.
“Olivia [had] a “baby sprinkle” in Denver on the weekend of my birthday. And she was like, ‘Don’t worry about coming,’” Aurora explained on the May 4 episode of Gia Guidice’s Casual Chaos podcast. “She literally texted me being like, ‘I know it’s really out of the way. It’s just going to be super small. You’re going to my other shower [in Rhode Island], so don’t worry about coming to this little thing.’”
The 35-year-old—mom to Remi, 6, and Solei, 4, with ex-husband Michael Bortone—wasn’t offended by her sister’s suggestion, as she originally planned to sit out the smaller baby shower because she needed to rest. But once their other sister Sophia Culpo, 28, canceled her attendance shortly after, Olivia didn’t hold her frustration back.
“She lost it on us, [saying], we’re ‘the worst sisters. The bar is this low. I do everything for you guys and you do nothing for me,’” the Barely Filtered host recalled. “I just kept sending her the screenshot where she was like, ‘You don’t have to come.’”
Despite Olivia’s loaded response, Aurora and her younger sister are back on speaking terms. But that olive branch hasn’t been extended to Sophia, as the Model Squad star hasn’t spoken to her in “three weeks.”

While Sophie hasn’t publicly addressed her and Olivia’s feud, Aurora hopes her sisters will bury the hatchet soon.
“She’s very pregnant and emotional, but I think she’s gonna get over it,” she continued of Olivia. “She really needs to, because she’s gonna have a baby soon and she’s gonna want some help.”
And while their beef slightly tainted the celebration, Olivia is continuing to focus on her bundle of joy. In fact, the Miss Universe alum predicted a sweet trait about her baby in March. At the time, she shared some of her pregnancy symptoms—such as her craving salty rather than sweet food and that her baby’s heart rate is under 140— on TikTok, and alluded that those flags might indicate her firstborn is a boy.
