Rick brings 30 years of experience in leveraging technology to accelerate growth, improve operational performance, and enable digital transformation, most recently serving as CIO at Paycor and CNG Holdings, where he helped guide both companies through a period of significant growth and led enterprise-wide modernization initiatives spanning cybersecurity, AI, cloud adoption, software engineering, enterprise applications, and digital transformation.
