Draymond Green faced his second ejection of the season for arguing with refs on Saturday against the Utah Jazz. The Golden State Warriors forward seemingly raised an issue with one of the referees over a three-second violation, which wasn't called. Green kept jawing incessantly and was issued a technical foul.
He kept at it with another ref and was immediately given a whistle for his second technical, leading to the ejection. The Warriors trailed by 10 points once he left, which then became a 12-point game after Lauri Markkanen converted the technical free throws.
In a must-win game like this, the Warriors needed Green available against one of the better offensive teams in the NBA. Golden State was also playing on the second night of a back-to-back and had rested Green on Friday for it. They needed the extra bodies and fresh legs, but his absence could put them in a hole.

i genuinely don’t understand how this dude is not seen as a negative for this team. young guys on the team see a manchild like this, no one counters him on the locker room or anything like what example is this showing? at what point do kerr and curry say enough?
@NBCSWarriors Draymond has no brain this guy needs to get traded
@NBCSWarriors Just another day in the life of Draymond
@NBCSWarriors kudos to these refs. this should happen far more often - draymond gets a ridiculous amount of leeway.
@NBCSWarriors Ur 35 million/year player getting ejected every now and then is not good for the season
@NBCSWarriors @EmacDFS Low impulse control
