At least eight pedestrians were injured, one critically, when the driver of a box truck collided with a parked van that hopped a curb in Chelsea on Monday afternoon, according to authorities.

The chain-reaction crash unfolded at around 4 p.m. in front of a building between West 29th Street and West 30th Street and Eighth Avenue, according to the NYPD.

The driver of a rental box truck was heading north on Eighth Avenue when they slammed into an unaccompanied and parked van that careened onto the sidewalk and hit several people, cops and sources said.

Eight to 10 pedestrians were transported to Bellevue Hospital, authorities added.

At least one person is in critical condition, while the others are in stable condition, according to police.

The driver of the box truck remained on the scene, cops said.

The investigation remains ongoing and no one is in custody for the incident, authorities added.
