Why Astrologer Aliza Kelly Says You Should Brace for This “Deeply Unprecedented” February Event
Twinkle, twinkle, little star, how I wonder what you are? Not with astrologer Aliza Kelly on our speed dial.
Moments into her exclusive interview with E! News, the spiritual expert explained why she had been eyeing 2026 for quite some time, calling it "a very powerful, impactful and paradigm-shifting year."
In other words, she summed up, brace yourself because "2026 is just back-to-back-to-back intensity."
The good news? You've already navigated through a few of the year's most, uh, star-studded events.
After Neptune moved into the sign of Aries Jan. 26—something that last took place during the Civil War in 1861—Saturn and Neptune met at zero degrees of Aries for the first time in roughly 9,000 years Feb. 20.
And for those that don't have their birth chart committed to memory, allow the Horoscope Weekly podcaster to illuminate.
Saturn and Neptune last met in 1989, the year the Berlin Wall fell, but they haven't connected at zero degrees—an angle Kelly called "the beginning of all creation"—for thousands of years.
"This is so deeply unprecedented that we have to go back to early, early history of civilizations to see what was going on then," Kelly explained. "Anything that happens at zero degrees is an initiation. It is a massive touch point."
As in, "We should expect some paradigm shifts to occur," she continued, "especially around the concept of fighting for what we believe in."
And for those who fully buy in, that's just the start of what the year has in store.
Eclipse season wraps up its month-long stay in mid-March, Kelly said, meaning the entirety of that weeks-long stretch "is going to be filled with lots of change, volatility, transformation." Though she noted that lunar eclipses "tend to be a little bit more internally focused," meaning this will be a moment of reflection "and really offer some time for processing."

Then, Uranus moves into Gemini on April 25 for the first time since the Civil War. It's an event that only took place previously "during times of big, huge uprisings and upheavals in the world," Kelly detailed, i.e. the Revolutionary War in 1775, World War II in the 1940s and then the Civil War. So, you know, buckle up.
Fortunately, June seems to offer a moment for healing as the comet Chiron moves into Taurus.
Though Kelly shared that anyone with Taurus in their birth chart "is going to experience big healing," there's more than enough to go around.
The last time this particular positioning occured was 1976, said Kelly, who noted the 1970s was a time when society was "recognizing the human impact on physical spaces and the environment."
So, she would anticipate that, as Chiron travels through Taurus between 2026 and 2033, "thinking about the Earth and our relationship to it on a personal and collective level is going to really become more significant."
June will also close out with Jupiter entering Leo, an event that promises to leave people feeling #blessed.
"This is going to shift us out of sad girl energy into performance, theatrics, big creative expressions and passionate endeavors," Kelly predicted. "This is a really, really fiery and beautiful, blazing energy."
And more growth is in store later this summer as a solar eclipse takes place in Leo Aug. 12 and a lunar eclipse occurs in Pisces Aug. 28, shared Kelly, who breaks down the intricacies of all of these events in her private community, the Constellation Club.
Come Oct. 3, we'll see Venus in retrograde, what Kelly called "a beautiful, magical, mystical backward spin related to the planet of love and values and beauty."
From then until Oct. 25, "We're going to see what we need," said Kelly, "what's going to help us get the things that we want to bring into our life, whether that's money and finances or it's romance. Venus is in charge of all that."
And though she acknowledged we may "all need a big nap in November and December," she fully believes the year will wake us up in all the best ways.
"When change of this magnitude takes place, there is no way it could feel easy and seamless," Kelly admitted. However, "I think it's important to remember that big changes, while in the moment might feel really, really challenging, they are a necessary part of the growth and the evolution that anything that's healthy and alive has to go through."
But if you're hoping for a little extra guidance, she's got you, sharing what's ahead for each of the zodiac signs this year.
