A twisted Arizona teacher’s aide was arrested for allegedly having sex with a 15-year-old student multiple times – leading to a supposed pregnancy and chilling discussions about how to cause a miscarriage.
Jessenia Rodriguez, an aide at Sun Valley Academy in Avondale, is accused of carrying out the sick sexual encounters with the eighth grader three times in March – claiming she got pregnant shortly after their first tryst at her home, according to court records obtained by multiple outlets.
The victim told cops he didn’t wear a condom when they first had sex and bought Plan B for the 22-year-old, only to receive three photos of a positive pregnancy test two weeks later, AZ Family reported.
The pair texted that “rough intercourse” could “cause a miscarriage,” while also discussing the possibility of an abortion, the court docs show.
The deranged aide allegedly proceeded to have sex with the student two more times, with the third encounter on a park bench near his home, the victim told investigators, the outlet reported.
The teen told police that Rodriguez repeatedly instructed him not to tell anybody about their illicit encounters, warning they would both be in trouble if anyone found out. But his stepmother later learned of it and discovered their disturbing messages on his phone, according to court records.
Police searched the boy’s phone and allegedly found dozens of explicit images and messages, including a Snapchat exchange in which the aide said she was “craving” him and described an X-rated dream.
Rodriguez was arrested Thursday and allegedly admitted she knew the child’s age and had developed feelings for him, stressing wanting to start a family with him once he turned 18, FOX 10 Phoenix reported.
She was charged with luring a minor for sexual exploitation and four counts of sexual conduct with a minor.
It’s unclear if Rodriguez is actually pregnant.
Sun Valley Academy said the district is “cooperating fully” with the investigation.
“We are aware of an allegation involving a former employee and a scholar,” officials said in a statement, FOX reported.
“The safety and well-being of our scholars is our highest priority and we take this seriously. Although the incident did not occur on campus, the matter was immediately reported to the Avondale Police Department and we are cooperating fully with their investigation.”
Rodriguez is reportedly being held behind bars on a $100,000 cash-only bond.
