The site said that Wilson announced her pregnancy, but the WNBA superstar’s social media accounts have nothing on that matter. Still, the fake news quickly became viral, garnering over 2.5 million views in about nine hours.

Talks about Wilson potentially having a baby with her boyfriend ramped up following her TIME interview roughly a week ago. The Las Vegas Aces superstar told journalist Sean Gregory that it was “always a dream” to have kids with the Miami Heat center.

A'ja Wilson said that Bam Adebayo was her “life partner.” In turn, Adebayo called her his “best friend,” or as the “young people” see it, his “twin.”

The parody account seemed to have put everything together, tweeting that “twins” are on the way for the basketball superstars. Maybe that will happen in the future, but for now, fans will have to wait.

Adebayo and Wilson have been dating for nearly five years, according to multiple reports. The 6-foot-9 NBA star told Heat insider Ira Winderman on Monday that he and his girlfriend have kept their relationship private for a reason. Adebayo said that they weren’t “shy” or “secretive” but emphasized that they know how to “shut up.”

Once A'ja Wilson opened up a bit about their relationship, it didn’t take long for the rumors and trolling to arrive.
