GRIMSBY, Ontario, June 16, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Andrew Peller Limited (“Andrew Peller” or the “Company”) (ADW.A / ADW.B) announced today that, in connection with its recently announced arrangement agreement (the “Arrangement Agreement”) to be acquired by Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited, it has cancelled its previously scheduled Fiscal 2026 earnings conference call, which had been set for June 17.
