You can take the “party animals” out of these former first daughters, but Armin Amiri remembers.
The “And Just Like That” star — who once served as doorman of the shuttered New York hotspot Bungalow 8 — revealed he once smoked a joint with US President George W. Bush’s daughters during their widely publicized party days in the early 2000s.
“So we had 280 reservations for the restaurant,” Amiri told Page Six Radio hosts Evan Real and Danny Murphy on Wednesday.
He said that four people showed, including Barbara Bush and Jenna Bush Hager.
“The first time I didn’t let ’em in and I didn’t know who they were,” Amiri recalled. It wasn’t until the girls’ secret service agents informed him of their identities that he let the ladies inside.
“I got a tap on my shoulder, and it was the Secret Service. And he goes, ‘Hey man.’ I said, ‘Hey.’ And he goes, ‘These are the first daughters.’ I said, ‘First daughters of whom?'” he laughed.
Amiri “took care of it right away” and let the women, both now 43, inside to a table.
“I remember I needed my green card. So, we smoked a joint together and I was just like, ‘Listen, I’m having a green card problem,'” he said.
At which point, one of the daughters said they would “speak to someone” regarding his situation. But, “nothing ever happened,” Amiri joked.
After the actor finished up his work for the night, he remembered going up to the women and offered to comp their dinner for the night.

To which, one of the sisters allegedly responded: “Honey don’t even worry about it. We’re used to these kind of things.”
A rep for Bush-Hager did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
Amiri said he also went to Bush’s predecessor, Former President Bill Clinton, for help on his green card situation.
“I walked up to Bill Clinton and I said, ‘Bill, I need my green card.’ And he says, ‘Talk to my wife.’ So, I talked to Hillary and Hillary says, ‘Talk to my right hand assistant Huma Abedin,'” he shared.
But, the conversation ultimately finished with the same result.
“So they’re like, ‘Hey, listen, we’ll do our best to take care of it for you.’ Nothing happened,” he light-heartedly said.
Amiri stars in HBO Max’s continuation of “Sex and The City” as movie director and Seema’s (Sarita Choudhury) love interest, Ravi Gordi. Season 3 of “And Just Like That” premieres on May 29.
