'1000-Lb. Sisters' Star Amy Slaton Marries Brian Lovvorn in Haunted Inn on Halloween
Amy Slaton is thankful for her husband this holiday season.
Nearly two months after the 1000-Lb. Sisters star married Brian Lovvorn during a Halloween ceremony, she shared a closer look at their romance in a heartwarming birthday tribute.
"Happy birthday Brian Lovvorn," she captioned her Dec. 26 Instagram post featuring a montage of the couple spending time together. "You are a shining star in my life and I am forever grateful for your unwavering support of my dreams!! And for being a rock that holds everything together!!"
In October, the pair tied the knot in a spooky ceremony held at Bardstown, Kentucky's Talbott Inn, which is considered one of the most haunted destinations in the United States. And for Amy, it was simply the ultimate place to make their relationship official.
"My wedding is a dream finally coming true," she told People at the time. "I’m getting my happily ever after!"
As far as those in attendance for that happily ever after? In addition to sister Tammy Slaton, Amy's sons Gage Deon, 4, and Glenn Allen, 3, whom she shares with ex-husband Michael Halterman, were front and center for the festivities.
The TLC star's latest chapter serves as her happiest yet, as she noted that "getting married means that I’m no longer lonely."

"Because I’ve discovered my soulmate, Brian, is my happy place," she told the outlet. "Once you get to know him, you’ll find him to be the sweetest, most caring person you’ll ever have the pleasure of knowing! Not only did he capture my heart, but he also won over my boys and not many men out there will accept a single mom with two energetic boys!"
But that's not all, as Amy explained what she adores about Brian the most.
"I adore how he inspires me to be a better version of myself," she added. "How he prioritizes my well-being and that of my boys, selflessly putting our needs before his own! He is always enthusiastic about exploring new horizons with us or simply enjoying quality time indoors, playing games with the boys!"
