Amber Glenn's figure skating career may be winding down.

She won a team gold medal at the 2026 Winter Olympics with the United States before coming up a bit short in the individual competition.

Now, she's figuring out what's next for her.

Glenn skated in the exhibition gala to cap her Olympics journey, and it sounds like this may very well have been her final Olympics.

Already 26 years old, Glenn is on the tail end of most figure skating careers.

She spoke with U.S. Figure Skating and shared these thoughts on her future:

"I am grateful that my body has held up for this long. I will reevaluate after the season's over and see how I'm doing physically, mentally. I am not opposed to doing a one last season hoorah, just for fun and seeing, 'Hey, let's see if I can do a quad, see what features I can go for.'"

It would be cool to see Glenn skate one final season with joy out there on the ice.

She's been an inspiration for a lot of figure skating fans, speaking openly about her mental health throughout her athletic path.

Glenn made a crucial mistake in her short program in the individual competition that set her back, but she returned with a tremendous free skate to at least end these Olympics with positive vibes for herself.

Soon, she may move on. But first, there could be a little bit more skating still to do.
