AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #13 introduces a new Spider-Man!

Marvel fans, you’re not seeing double! It looks like this October there will be two Spider-Mans (Spider-Men?!) swinging around the Marvel universe. One will continue to be of the friendly neighborhood variety and the other will be swinging through… space? This new intergalactic Spider-Man is making his debut in Amazing Spider-Man #13, where he’ll meet up with Rocket Raccoon, Groot, and Symbie. After this outer space interlude, things return to earth in issue #14 where Peter Parker will meet the Goblin Slayer. As this run heads towards legacy issue #1000, there’s sure to be more surprises in store.  Check out the press release and covers below!

The countdown to AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #1000 continues this October in AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #13 and #14, legacy numbered #977 and #978! Today, see what lies ahead with the reveal of both issue’s covers.

The landmark new volume of AMAZING SPIDER-MAN will now deliver double the webslinger action, starring one Spider-Man swinging around New York City and another swinging amongst the stars on an epic intergalactic adventure. This exciting new era follows Spider-Man’s brutal battle with new villain Hellgate, currently unfolding in this week’s AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #8, and officially kicks off in September’s AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #11, the landmark 975th issue!

In AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #13 by Joe Kelly and Pepe Larraz, meet SPIDEY & HIS COSMIC FRIENDS! Who is this space-faring Spider-Man, and who is his crew?! You may recognize Rocket Raccoon and may have heard of Symbie. The other companions will have a huge impact on Spider-Man and may hold a key to some mysteries that have been brewing!

Then, Kelly is joined by Ed McGuinness as they take the series back to Earth in AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #14. ENTER: THE GOBLIN SLAYER!
