Alyssa Thomas isn't wading into the DeWanna Bonner situation — at least not publicly.
Thomas, who has been engaged to Bonner since 2023, declined to comment on rumors that Bonner wants to depart the Indiana Fever after playing nine games with the team.

Bonner's situation at the Fever is a bit precarious; at present, it's unclear if she will be traded or waived by the team. Bonner is on an unprotected, one-year contract with the team. If the Fever waive Bonner, they could recoup around $130,000, which would be enough to bring in two players to replace her.
