An alleged assault at Scott and Kelley Wolf’s Utah home occurred three months before the actor filed for divorce.

A man told the Summit County Sheriff’s Office that a female aggressor allegedly put “her hands around his neck” on March 6, according to a police report obtained by Us Weekly.

The man noted that the woman allegedly “did not choke him hard enough to restrict blood or air flow.”

“After a few minutes of conversation, [the alleged victim] stated that [the individual’s] attempt to choke him may have caused air and [blood] flow restriction for a small moment,” the report reads, per the outlet.

“[The alleged victim] stated [the individual] did this in their bedroom while he was laying in bed in the presence of [a third party]. [The alleged victim] stated he did not receive any injuries, marks or bruises from the incident.”

The man, however, refused to file a police report and pursue charges.

The alleged victim recalled the March incident after the sheriff’s department responded to a call regarding a “verbal dispute” at the Wolf family’s home on June 13.

Per the outlet, an unidentified female at the residence reported that her brother-in-law was trespassing.

However, officers noted that one of the home’s owners granted the brother-in-law permission to enter.

Police responded to the home twice that day, with an officer also accompanying a woman to grab some of her items from the premises and leave.

“Upon approaching the residence, [the woman] turned to me and explained that she didn’t want to say one word to [redacted], which I explained to [the woman] that she didn’t have to say anything,” an officer wrote, per Us Weekly.

“A few steps later, [the woman] stopped, turned, and stated to me, ‘Never again. Never again will I speak to [redacted], with my voice.”

While the woman was packing her belongings, an unnamed father ordered officers to force the woman to return a phone to a family member she had allegedly taken it from.

The incident allegedly involved a game of “tug of war over the phone,” though officers noted that the woman was entitled to “confiscate” it.

Reps for the exes weren’t immediately available to Page Six for comment.

The report was created the same day that Kelley, 48, was transported to the hospital and detained by law enforcement.

Officers arrived at her and Scott’s home after receiving a report that a female “needed some help,” a deputy told People.

“Upon speaking with the female, our Deputies learned that she had made concerning comments to a family member, and she also made similar comments to our Deputies,” the officer said. “For that reason, our Deputies transported the female to a local hospital.”

A police department spokesperson explained that Kelley was detained “just for their protection and our protection as law enforcement as well.”
