“All Y’all H***”: Courtside Cam Catches Anthony Edwards’ Alleged Trash Talk Toward Referees After Christmas Day Ejection

Anthony Edwards was ejected late in overtime in the Minnesota Timberwolves 142-138 road loss to the Denver Nuggets on Thursday. A courtside camera caught him allegedly trash-talking the referees as he made his way to the locker room.

“All three of y’all. 1, 2, 3. All y’all h***."

Edwards was ejected late in overtime after he received two technical fouls. The first was for slapping the ball out of bounds to delay the game, while the second technical came after he grabbed Nikola Jokic’s hands as the Nuggets center was about to shoot free throws and then argued with the officials.

Before his ejection, he hit a 3-point shot with 1.1 seconds left to force overtime. He ended the game with 44 points, six rebounds and three assists. Jokic had a historic night, recording a game-high 56 points, alongside 16 rebounds and 15 assists.

The loss snapped the Timberwolves’ (20-11) three-game winning streak. Next for Anthony Edwards and Minnesota is a home game against the Brooklyn Nets on Saturday.

Anthony Edwards’ reaction to his ejection following his two technical fouls in the Nuggets game hasn’t gotten a reaction from the league authorities at the time of this report. Barring a league suspension, he expected to be available for the Nets matchup.

On the injury front, he has been listed as questionable due to right foot soreness. The T-Wolves will need him as they hope to navigate December’s busy schedule and position themselves for contention in the playoffs.
