Why Alix Earle Says First Date After Braxton Berrios Split Feels "Wrong"
Alix Earle and Braxton Berrios are letting bygones be bygones.
In fact, the two looked cordial when they ran into each other at an F1 Miami event held by Sports Illustrated on April 30, five months after they broke up.
In a video captured by a fan and shared to social media, Alix and Braxton can be seen casually chatting with each other as they stand among the party’s crowd. Alix, for her part, donned a strapless red mini dress which tied around her arm, while Braxton wore a white top.
Ahead of the event, Alix filmed herself getting ready for the party, telling her followers on TikTok, “You know when you’re nervous before going out because you’re so excited and you just want to get there? I’m also going alone so, hopefully people wanna talk to me.”
While the 25-year-old has not yet addressed running into her ex—whom she dated for two years before their breakup at the end of 2025—Alix has previously shared her candid reaction to seeing Braxton for the first time since their split at Aspen’s Palm Tree Festival in February.
“It was honestly just really hard for me—really weird, really hard,” Alix sadid on TikTok at the time. “I was really emotional. The first night we were like in the same place but we didn’t say hi to each other, just because I didn’t want to like go up and annoy him, I don’t know, but I could see him out the corner of my eye.”

Other than “briefly” saying hi to each other, Alix said she and the NFL player didn’t talk.
“It’s weird when you go from someone being like your best friend to being a stranger in the corner of the room,” the influencer continued. “So that was tough. And by tough, I mean terrible.”
But while many of the fans in the comment section of her videos are hoping she and Braxton might rekindle their romance, Alix—who also sparked romance rumors with Tom Brady earlier this year—recently shut down that possibility.

In a recap of her Coachella weekend posted to YouTube April 16, Alix said that when it came to her love life, there would be “no more football players.”
Instead, she revealed, “I wanna date a rock star so bad. It’s my dream. That’s literally my dream.”
