Alex Rodriguez’s girlfriend, Jaclyn Cordeiro, shared an inspirational post on Instagram on Thursday. She wore a boss-lady black blazer with pants and posed while working on the laptop.

“2026 isn’t about shrinking, it’s about strengthening," Cordeiro captioned the post. "At JacFit, we fuel with intention, move with purpose, and build bodies that support sharp minds and long lives. This is the new standard.”

Cordeiro founded JacFit during the first pandemic to inspire people toward a healthy lifestyle. A-Rod and Cordeiro met when Rodriguez joined the JacFit bootcamp to lose 32 pounds. She helped him eliminate a few habits and adopt a healthy lifestyle.

Rodriguez expressed his love by reacting with three heart emojis in the comments section of her post.
