Alec Baldwin's Daughter Ireland Shares Rare Pic With Mom Kim Basinger
Ireland Baldwin is enjoying some mother-daughter time.
The daughter of Alec Baldwin and Kim Basinger shared a rare photo of herself and her mother Dec. 18. And making it even more special, the snap captured three generations, as the duo were seen walking along with Ireland’s daughter Holland, 2.
In Ireland's Instagram post, the 30-year-old—clad in black sweats and a gray sweater—held onto her toddler, who was wearing a silver tutu paired with a green cardigan. The two posed alongside Kim, who kept it comfortable for the outing wearing black pants and a jacket, which she paired with sunglasses and a wide-brimmed hat.
Ireland also shared a few more photos from the family trip to Timberline Lodge on Mt. Hood outside Portland, Ore., giving her followers a look at snow-topped mountains and Christmas decorations, as well as family pics of Holland playing outdoors and cuddling with her dad RAC (real name André Allen Anjos). Ireland caption the photo carousel, “Stills from the weekend.”
Over the years, Kim has reflected on what she felt was a difficult childhood for Ireland, especially after she and Alec finalized their split in 2002 after nine years of marriage.
"Divorce is hard on a kid, no matter how you cut it,” she told Net-A-Porter’s The Edit in 2016. “And ours was very public and nasty.”

The 72-year-old explained that the experience led her to bring up Ireland “in a very unconventional way.”
“I just wanted her to be free,” Kim shared. “If she wanted to have her friends over and write over the walls with a pen, that was fine. I wanted her childhood to be full of love and light and animals and friends."
Despite the difficulty of their divorce—which included a lengthy custody battle over Ireland—Kim recently revealed that she and Alec are in a good place with each other.

“Alec and I have a great relationship,” she told Variety in February. “I have great respect for where he is today, and his family.”
“You know, we don’t spend Christmases and holidays or see each other very much,” she continued. “But we talk. He’ll pick up the phone and call me, and we have a very genuinely cordial and I think loving relationship in a lot of ways, just because we share a daughter, and I don’t wish him anything but everything good.”

Alexander Rae Baldwin III—the Emmy-winning actor known as Alec Baldwin—was born April 3, 1958, to Alexander Rae Baldwin Jr. and Carol Newcomb. He's the second of six siblings and the oldest brother.
Next came Daniel Baldwin, born October 5, 1960. William "Billy" Baldwin arrived on February 21, 1963, followed by Stephen Baldwin, the youngest of the bunch, on May 12, 1966.

The eldest of the six siblings is Elizabeth "Beth" Baldwin Keuchler, born in 1955 and now a mother of six with her landscape architect husband Charles Keuchler.
No. 5 of six is Jane Baldwin Sasso, born in 1965. She's married to Randy Sasso and reportedly has two children.

Mama Baldwin
Their father died at the age of 55 in 1983 but Carol—who survived a 1991 breast cancer diagnosis—lived until she was 92. She passed away May 26, 2022, with 25 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and an eponymous cancer research foundation to her name.
“My mother taught me about second acts. And third ones, too," Alec wrote in tribute when she died. "She spent the last 25 years of her life as a fighter and a champion for the cause to which she devoted so much energy."

While she swapped her maiden name for her similarly famous married name soon after she and Justin legally wed, it wasn't a decision Hailey took lightly.
"It took some getting used to, for sure," she told Bustle in 2019. "It's definitely strange, it takes adjusting."
Growing up a Baldwin, she added, "I'm very proud of my family name. I come from a great family with a history in this industry."
The couple revealed in May 2024 that Hailey was pregnant with their first child together.
