Ireland Baldwin didn’t hold back while reflecting on her “lonely” childhood with “poisonous” family members.

Alec Baldwin and Kim Basinger’s daughter told Substack subscribers in a “30, Flirty and Surviving” blog on Monday that she no longer carries the weight of her “narcissistic, unreliable, addict family members.”

The 29-year-old, who “grew up without two parents in my home and no siblings to turn to,” explained that she previously felt the need “to win over certain people” in her family.

“Their validation and praise was meaningful to me,” she noted, without specifying whom she was referring to. “Nothing was more freeing than finally realizing how poisonous these people are.

“My daughter, [Holland], doesn’t have to know these people,” Ireland continued of the 2-year-old. “I can protect her from them. I can do my very best to construct my own idea of a family, piece by piece.”

Her ultimate goal as a mother is to “show how a real family treats one another.”

The former model, who lives in Oregon, expressed hope that she would find her “people” and her “village” in the next decade of her life.

She went on to share a bulleted list of life lessons, which included a nod to Basinger.

“Tell your mom you love her every single day,” Ireland wrote. “Text her when you get to where you’re going. You will soon understand her in ways you never had.”

The actor, 67, admitted on “The Baldwins” reality show in March that the “most regrettable” part of his split was how the legal battle “negatively impacted” his relationship with Ireland.

The Emmy winner, who infamously called Ireland a “rude, little pig” in a scathing voicemail during the custody battle, clarified that they now have a “good relationship.”

The “30 Rock” alum went on to wed Hilaria Baldwin in 2012, and the duo share seven children — Carmen, 12, Rafael, 10, Leonardo, 9, Romeo, 6, Eduardo, 5, María, also 5, and Ilaria, 3.

Ireland gushed over her “bats–t crazy” stepmom, 41, in a September Instagram post celebrating Hilaria’s “Dancing With the Stars” casting.

“She saved my dad’s life,” she wrote last month. “She’s taught him that he doesn’t need to suffer inside of his own head and stay stuck in his own past. That it’s never too late to admit you need help.”

Ireland credited Hilaria with facilitating the “close relationship” she has developed with Alec.

Basinger, 71, also has a “great relationship” with her ex-husband, which she confirmed to Variety in February.
