The Washington Wizards are ready to unveil 2026 No. 1 overall draft pick AJ Dybantsa as they head to the Las Vegas Summer League.
The 6-foot-9 forward arrives in the NBA following a dominant freshman season at BYU, where he led the nation in scoring with 25.5 points per game while adding 6.8 rebounds and 3.7 assists. He showcased elite efficiency during his lone college campaign, shooting 51% from the field and 77.4% from the free-throw line.
Dybantsa’s summer slate is packed with high-profile showdowns against fellow top lottery picks. He will open the tournament in a massive head-to-head battle against No. 2 pick Darryn Peterson and the Utah Jazz. From there, the Wizards' schedule features marquee matchups against explosive playmaker Darius Acuff Jr. and the Sacramento Kings, followed by a highly anticipated clash with No. 4 selection Caleb Wilson and the Chicago Bulls.

The Wizards are scheduled to play four games during the group stage of the 2026 NBA Las Vegas Summer League, beginning on opening night against the Jazz and wrapping up their slate on Wednesday, July 15, against the Clippers.
