WWE Hall of Famer gave some advice to Adam Cole

The WWE Hall of Famer, Booker T has some advice for Adam Cole amid his retirement speculations. Speaking on his Hall of Fame podcast, Booker advised Cole to hit the gym and get dense bone:

"Maybe if Cole, you know, took a little bit more protein, you know, got in the gym, hit the gym a little bit, you know, drank a little bit more milk, you know, got a little bit more dense bone. I like that right there. Dense bone. You know what I mean? That right there is something you need when you’re in the wrestling business,” said Booker.

Only time will tell if Cole will be seen back in the ring in the near future.
