The title-hungry Aces take on the upstart Fever in the second round of the WNBA playoffs.
Las Vegas, which has been to three consecutive WNBA Finals but lost to the Liberty in 2024, took down the Storm in the first round.
The Fever, meanwhile, upset the Dream in the first round thanks to Kelsey Mitchell's 23.33 points per game.
The Aces battled in a tight first-round matchup with the Storm. Las Vegas won Game 1 in a shootout but lost Game 2 by three points and sealed the series with a one-point Game 3 win. A'Ja Wilson led the Aces with 29.3 points per game during the series.
The Fever beat the Aces twice in three games this year, including a July 24 win. They won that game without star Caitlin Clark, who they also won't have for this series after she suffered a season-ending injury earlier this season.
