Aaron Rodgers makes rare comment about wife Brittani

Aaron Rodgers recently shared a rare insight into his married life with Brittani. 

The Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback shared that Brittani is the "one."  

“When you meet the right one, and you’re with the right one, your world changes in a second,” he explained in an interview with Sports Illustrated on July 26. “To have that person who loves you unconditionally behind the scenes, there’s no better feeling in the world.”

“I’ve got the most incredible wife,” he continued. “I just really love her and I’m so grateful to have her by my side at the end. When you have that stability and that rock behind you at the house, you feel like you could do anything.”

Rodgers previously shared that he got married to his wife, Brittani, whom he has only disclosed her first name in interviews, "a few months" ago in a press conference last month.  He was seen wearing a wedding ring at the Kentucky Derby in May which had fans speculate that he had gotten married. 

He shared the reason that he has decided to be private about her is because when the Super Bowl champion shared information about his love life it hasn't worked out for him in the past.

“I lived in the public eye for 20 years. I had public relationships. How did that work out?” Rodgers previously told Pat McAfee last month.

He has mentioned that she wants to stay private despite his celebrity status.

“I'm with somebody who’s private, who doesn't want to be in the public eye, didn't sign up to be a celebrity and because I do things in private, because I want my personal life to be private, now I'm weird,” Rodgers continued. “My private life is my private life—and it's going to stay that way.”

He added,  “The entitlement to information about my private life is so f--king ridiculous and embarrassing.”

Prior to his relationship with Brittani, he dated actress Olivia Munn, race car driver Danica Patrick, and was engaged to actress Shailene Woodley. 

Rodgers' relationship is not the only new aspect in his life as he signed a one-year deal worth more than $13 million with the Steelers last month.
