Aaron Judge has his huge Yankees moment with game-tying home run

This is the Aaron Judge playoff moment the Yankees have been waiting for.

The Yankees slugger, with his team trailing 6-3 in the fourth inning of Tuesday’s Game 3, smacked a majestic three-run homer off the left-field foul pole to tie the game.

Judge was down 0-2 in the count to reliever Louis Varland, who had entered specifically to face the Yankees outfielder.

Varland fired a 99.7 mph inside fastball, and Judge turned on the pitch — that appeared off the strike zone — high off the foul pole before it careened back down onto the field as Yankee Stadium exploded.
