The Kawhi Leonard trade buzz has picked up over the past few days, and with this being an active transaction time in the NBA offseason, it wouldn't be surprising to see a deal occur.
Leonard has been tied to the Raptors in rumors for several reasons, and a deal could be on the horizon once one aspect of the trade is agreed upon.
A Kawhi Leonard trade to the Raptors could happen once this one thing is settled
ESPN's Brian Windhorst reported on Tuesday that he believes the players in a Kawhi trade have been agreed upon, and that draft picks are all that's left to negotiate.
Interest in Leonard has increased since it was reported that the Clippers, to this point, haven't been willing to commit to giving Leonard a long-term contract extension.

The Raptors have been in the market for a star player for some time now, and they have the assets to get a player like Leonard.
It's now about how many picks the Raptors would be willing to give up for Leonard, since they have enough available to make a trade.
Windhorst added that a trade could even possibly happen today, with these trade talks taking place in recent days between the Clippers and Raptors.
NBA Free Agency opens up this evening, so expect to see some notable transactions occur in the next 24 hours or so.
