Ever since Triple H took over WWE's creative regime, he has been overseeing all operations and functions on the main roster. The Game elevated several talents over the past few years in his tenure, pushing them into the spotlight. However, there have also been names that remained trapped in a creative abyss, whom Hunter never turned his focus to.

Despite having the potential to become big stars in their respective division, these superstars were never able to showcase their capabilities. From Rey Fenix to Ivy Nile, the list of those superstars WWE fumbled this year from RAW and SmackDown is quite long. They were buried under layers of indifference, narrative neglect and poor booking.

Let's take a look at 7 WWE stars Triple H buried in 2025:

#4. Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin (Motor City Machine Guns)

Motor City Machine Guns is one of the most prominent tag teams in WWE, currently residing on SmackDown. However, 2025 has been a miserable year for the group as it experienced a sharp decline after a promising start. Triple H completely fumbled with Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin. The duo failed to get involved in any significant storylines or feuds.

While MCMG did get considerable screentime on SmackDown in 2025, their segments mostly remained limited to backstage. Sabin and Shelley were involved in random matches on the blue brand that led nowhere, not even close to the WWE Tag Team Championship. Triple H completely overlooked the two stars, which resulted in MCMG losing their credibility and star power.

#3. Grayson Waller

Grayson Waller is one of the superstars Triple H buried in 2025. The 35-year-old had a year of transition and inconsistency as he shifted from a prominent tag team role to a supporting act in a heel faction. Following his split with Austin Theory, the Aussie Icon joined Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston, becoming a part of The New Day on RAW. However, it was nothing short of a debacle.

Waller's appearances became scarce and WWE involved him in meaningless spots where he served as a side character. The Arrogant Aussie just became another jobber on Monday Night's RAW crowded landscape in 2025. It looked like Triple H completely gave up on Grayson Waller, with no intent of pushing him even in the mid-card division.

#2. Ivy Nile & Creed Brothers (American Made)

American Made was riding on red-hot momentum in the initial months of 2025. However, Chad Gable's injury came as a curse for his stablemates. Ever since Gable was sidelined in June, his teammates Ivy Nile, Brutus Creed, and Julius Creed have been wandering directionless on RAW. They were barely seen on television and were deprived of any feuds or storylines.

It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that Triple H completely destroyed Ivy Nile and the Creed Brothers, making American Made an afterthought. The Game never bothered to rebuild the faction after Chad Gable went on hiatus. The once-promising American Made has now been trapped in a creative fissure, with its members directionless in the Stamford-based promotion.

#1. WWE buried Giulia

The biggest and brightest star Triple H buried in 2025 is Giulia. The 31-year-old arrived in WWE as a high-profile import from STARDOM. However, her main-roster run was a fiasco. While The Beautiful Madness did win the Women's United States Title this year upon her arrival on SmackDown, her championship run was miserably booked. WWE didn't give her any legitimate challengers or good feuds.

Triple H's lamentable booking completely eroded Giulia's credibility and her main-event status. The Joshi legend, who once made waves around the world, is now struggling to re-establish herself on the pedestal. Her reputation took a major blow in 2025 and Giulia has fallen to a point where it's extremely challenging for her to rise to the top of the women's division again.
