The San Francisco 49ers don’t plan to address the arrest of their owner Jed York on prostitution charges.
“As this is a legal matter, which has been resolved, we will not be providing any further comment at this time,” the organization said in a statement late Monday morning.
York pleaded no contest to two lesser misdemeanors after he was arrested Sunday morning inside a northeast Ohio trailer park near his hometown.

(Richard Harbus) for New York PostHe allegedly responded to an online advertisement on a known prostitution website and arranged to pay $140 for sex, according to court documents obtained by The California Post.
The NFL said in a statement before the Niners that it was “aware of the matter” and that it would be “reviewed under the personal conduct policy.”
