Jon Adams, the San Francisco-based cartoonist behind City Cyclops Comics, brings a dry, delightfully strange perspective to the everyday weirdness of modern life.
As someone who also grew up in SF, I feel a certain hometown pride seeing his minimalist comics pop up in The New Yorker and beyond.
His single-panel comics masterpieces are sharp, absurd, and somehow perfectly capture the feeling of being both deeply confused and totally fine with it.
