When I was a kid, I thought my parents were just… winging it. Like there was no plan, just pure vibes and panic. Now that I’m a parent, I realize I was 100% correct. You can read all the parenting books, follow the “expert” Instagram accounts, and tell yourself you’re going to do everything perfectly—but then your kid eats a crayon, and suddenly all your theories go out the window.
Parenting is improv comedy with higher stakes, lower sleep, and a much stickier set. These tweets get it.
