Back in the day technology was still kind of new and exciting. They weren’t just cranking out a new iPhone every year with one small change and calling in groundbreaking innovation. I mean, when the first anti-skip portable CD player came out I rollerbladed with that thing for like 7 years.
Retro tech was built to last, even though it was progressing so fast most of us had the same album on tape, CD, and MP3 at some point in our lives. It was a wild time.
For GenXers and Millennials, these nostalgic pics will likely transport you back to a very specific time in your life. I know for me all kind of old memories popped up. Honestly, I still miss my old boombox with the detachable speakers.
