With the 2026 NFL season just around the corner, there’s still value to be found in the season-long player prop market.
Here are three bets I’m targeting, including two receiving overs and one rushing under.
De’Zhaun Stribling over 575.5 receiving yards (-115, FanDuel Sportsbook)
Stribling has been one of the more impressive rookies throughout training camp and the preseason, putting himself in position to earn a significant role in San Francisco’s passing game.
He doesn’t need huge volume to clear this number, but it appears he may get plenty of looks anyway.
In his first preseason game, Stribling brought in seven passes on eight targets for 63 yards.
Stribling would later haul in two touchdown passes during a joint practice, proving that he’s becoming a favorite of Brock Purdy’s.
He’s part of a 49ers’ receiver rotation that features aging veterans Mike Evans and Deebo Samuel, who are hardly examples of perfect health.
That opportunity should only grow if either veteran misses time, giving Stribling a clear path to enough targets to cash this modest receiving prop.

Chris Godwin over 699.5 receiving yards (-110, DraftKings Sportsbook)
Health is the question here, but Godwin can easily reach this number even with a missed game or two.
Godwin has consistently produced when healthy, and opportunities are opening up in a Buccaneers pass-catching corps that was one of the most crowded in football a year ago.
Despite making just six starts (nine appearances) and taking the field for 428 snaps, Godwin had 360 yards through the air.
And Tampa Bay has more targets available following Evans’ departure.

Icon Sportswire via Getty ImagesSecond-year receiver Emeka Egbuka is also dealing with a toe sprain that has kept him out of practice, with Todd Bowles calling him both “day-to-day” and “week-to-week,” and leaving his Week 1 status uncertain.
Godwin could easily be the Bucs’ No. 1 pass catcher for big chunks of the season for the first time in his career.
Chuba Hubbard under 749.5 rushing yards (-115, DraftKings Sportsbook)
Unlike Stribling and Godwin, Hubbard’s workload is the concern here.
He was already losing touches as last season progressed, and Carolina enters 2026 with multiple backs capable of eating into his opportunities.
Although Rico Dowdle is out the door, Jonathon Brooks is healthy now and back playing after missing all of 2025 while recovering from his second ACL tear, and the Panthers are going to want to get a look at what he can do after using a second-rounder on him in 2024.

Add in the hamstring injury Hubbard has dealt with during camp, and there are several paths to the under.
In 15 games a year ago, Hubbard came nowhere close to this number, rushing for 511 yards.
He’ll likely need a substantial increase in carries from last season to reach 750 yards.
