After capturing the No. 1 seed in the AFC and getting a bye week because of it, the Denver Broncos’ NFL playoff run begins today against the visiting Buffalo BIlls.
The Bills won their first road playoff game since 1992 in last week’s Wild Card round, 27-24 over the Jacksonville Jaguars. The team is entering the divisional weekend banged up, with safety Jordan Poyer (hamstring) and CB Maxwell Hairston (ankle) ruled out and QB Josh Allen dealing with right foot, left knee and throwing hand ailments.
The Broncos, who are starting the playoffs at home today, are 8-1 at Mile High this season.
